Intimate and exclusive, our Private Dining Room is the jewel in the crown here at The Milehouse, providing a stunning space for you, your friends and your family to enjoy delicious food and stunning cocktails within your own secluded space. Our purpose built table can accommodate large parties up to 20 and we can expand the capacity further if there’s additional children too.
The Private Dining Room is available 7 days per week, however, there are two timings: off-peak and peak.
Off peak is Monday to Thursday. Off peak, the room can accommodate several uses, from a sit down meal, to a buffet, to a meeting space or reception area. We will be happy to put together bespoke packages dependent on your requirements. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to help.
Peak is Friday, Saturday and Sunday where there is a minimum of 16 people and a room hire fee will be chargeable, due to high demand. Bookings during December will require a three course minimum order per person.
We allow you to decorate the room, providing there is no damage to the paintwork on the walls. The only item we do not allow is confetti.
Every booking has a two hour maximum window, but we can extend this dependent on whether the booking is off-peak or peak. During peak, we may have to charge additional dependent on how long you may require the room for.
